Domestic Maintenance Service:

• Normal repair cost $170 plus parts.
• Ducted split system.
• Evaporative coolers and Double story.
• Ducted heating.
• All heating and cooling repairs guaranteed.
• Carbon Monoxide Tests.

Commercial Maintenance Service:

• Priced as per equipment list on site.

Details of equipment check points are:

* All Refrigeration level checks.

* All fans and motors tested for correct operation.

* Batteries replaced.

* All filters cleaned.

* All coils and drains cleared.

* Fault diagnosis on job.

* Electrical inspections.

* Full function tests both Heating/Cooling.

* Carbon Monoxide Test using state of the art equipment.
